Inner Sanctum Cellars

So here we are, Inner sanctum Cellars, the new kids on the block. We are driven by lasting friendships, deep family roots and the creation of remarkable wines. All of our carefully selected wine grapes are hand picked from small private vineyards located thought out the Sierra Foothills and Tuolumne County. Premium fruit picked at there peak and crafted by the hands of master winemaker Chuck Hovey. Coveted and limited, our wines are processed with old world passion and new world innovation.

Inner Sanctum Cellars just recently opened our new Wine Tasting Room & Lounge on Main St, downtown Jamestown. We currently have five unique wines available; our 2010 Merlot with grapes from both Tuolumne Co and Calaveras,
and our single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuolumne. We now have our awesome 2012 Chardonnay from the old Shaw Ranch in Calaveras and a 2011 Tempranillo from our dear friend at Zuni Vineyards of Tuolumne Co. We also have our very limited 2011 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and we’ve just bottled our new Barbera, which should be available by the holidays. As you can see we've been pretty busy and we think are wines are pretty good too. We currently sell our wines direct to consumers, private party's, events, Facebook and through our website at Innersanctumcellars.com. We have a quickly growing wine club which offers a generous discounts, guaranteed access to our limited wines and fun private wine events. We've been barreling wine and flying under the radar for over three years now, winning a multitude of awards for our wines. The future looks bright for our young and up incoming winery.
