Yosemite Title Company opened on April 7, 1966. Yosemite Title is the largest and oldest continuously operating title and escrow company in Tuolumne County. Yosemite Title has two offices in Tuolumne County; the main office in Sonora that houses an escrow department, title plant, collection escrow department and management, and branch escrow offices in Twain Harte. The underwriters for Yosemite Title are Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Over the years we have established an excellent reputation for providing quality service, primarily because our employees care about their customers, co-workers and company.
