The Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau is pleased to offer our Partners several “co-opportunities” throughout the year.  These opportunities add value to your membership and help you and the TCVB to leverage marketing and promotion dollars!
2015-2016 Marketing Calendar
2016 Tuolumne County Vacation Planner
Deadline for Advertising:  October 14
 
Highlights Include:
  • Increased distribution to 100,000 copies (also available to download); includes Bay Area coffee houses, airports, BART stations,travel shows, journalist requests and more!
  • All ads are 4-color
  • Ad dollars go further (i.e. a 1/4 page ad is $1500, or $ .015 cents, just over a penny, per copy! Or $125/month).  Various ad sizes are available. Go here for more advertising details.
  • 15% discount off advertised rates if paid in full by September 30, 2015

  • Talk one on one to potential visitors
  • Get your message in front of a captive audience!
  • Nearly 35,000 attendees between these two shows
Booth Share (max of 2 additional partners) $900 per partner per show OR
Send 100 of your #10 rack-size brochures for $50 per show – Please have your brochures to the Visitor Information Center in Sonora one-week prior to event.

Ongoing Marketing Opportunities

  • SPECIAL PACKAGES:  Please let us know about any special packages you are offering!  Please give us the basic details and we can link to the specials on your website.  See Special Packages page.
  • VACATIONLAND VALUES:  Have a deal you want to offer?  Let us know and we will add it to the list of Vacationland Values.  VV participants also get the Vacationland Values logo next to their listing in the Vacation Planner!  
  • CALENDAR OF EVENTS ITEMS:Please be sure to submit your Calendar items on our website.  You can do it yourself or we can do it for you.  Send calendar items to karen@gotuolumne.com.
  • BROCHURES:  Do we have a good supply of your brochures?  Please bring them to the Visitor Centers in Sonora or Chinese Camp.  We go through brochures quickly!
