Cabins at Strawberry

This cabin in Strawberry is a vacation cabin, or a cabin rental,located very near Pinerest and Pinecrest lake. We are located on the South Fork of the Stanislaus River 32 miles east of Sonora, CA on Highway 108 at an elevation of 5250 feet. We are 5 minutes from Pinecrest and 10 minutes from Dodge Ridge. The cabin is a 1475 sq. ft. two story built in 1979 and used as a family residence until 1993. It is furnished, with three bedrooms, two baths, with linens, towels, pillows, blankets, cable TV, VCR, DVD and has a fully outfitted kitchen with microwave.There are two queen beds, one king bed and a queen futon in the living room. The cabin will sleep 6 adults or 8 people total. It is well insulated, passive solar, with a glass door stove fireplace. Also has plenty of room downstairs where you can lounge in front of the fireplace or sleep underneath the stars. The cabin and back deck provide a beautiful view of the river. This view, in combination with the sound of the river, provides a unique, peaceful and restful vacation.
